Donation Acceptance 1.1. The TLE Foundation accepts donations with the understanding that they are made voluntarily and without any expectation of receiving goods, services, or benefits in return. 1.2. We reserve the right to decline any donation if it is deemed inconsistent with our mission, values, or ethical guidelines.
Donation Processing 2.1. Donations can be made through our designated online platforms or by other methods as specified by the Foundation. 2.2. By donating, you confirm that the funds used for the donation are legally yours, and you have the necessary authorization to make the donation. 2.3. The TLE Foundation will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your personal and financial information during the donation process. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information.
Tax Deductibility 3.1. The TLE Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible according to applicable laws and regulations. Please consult a tax advisor to determine the extent of tax deductibility based on your specific circumstances. 3.2. We will provide a donation receipt for contributions made, subject to applicable legal requirements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to receive the receipt.
Donor Privacy 4.1. The TLE Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the donation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4.2. We may publicly acknowledge donors unless you explicitly request anonymity in writing. If you choose to remain anonymous, we will respect your wishes to the best of our ability, subject to legal requirements.
Use of Donations 5.1. The TLE Foundation will use donated funds in a manner consistent with its mission and goals. 5.2. While we strive to honor donor preferences, we retain the right to allocate donations at our discretion to ensure the most effective use of funds towards our charitable purposes.
Refunds 6.1. All donations made to the TLE Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. 6.2. In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is required due to an error or technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the donation with relevant details for our review and consideration.
Amendments to Terms 7.1. The TLE Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 7.2. By continuing to donate after the Terms have been modified, you accept the updated Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Governing Law 8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the TLE Foundation is registered. 8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
Adopt an Entrepreneur 9.1. The term "Adopt an Entrepreneur" used by the TLE Foundation has no connotations of adoption or personal responsibility, but rather serves as another term for sponsorship or support provided to an entrepreneur. 9.2. By participating in the "Adopt an Entrepreneur" program, you understand that your support is intended to provide entrepreneurs with access to resources, mentorship, and opportunities to enhance their skills and excel in their endeavors. 9.3. The TLE Foundation does not establish a legal or parental relationship between the donor and the entrepreneur. The term "Adopt an Entrepreneur" is solely for marketing and symbolic purposes, highlighting the donor's contribution to the success of entrepreneurs. 9.4. The TLE Foundation retains the right to modify or discontinue the "Adopt an Entrepreneur" program at its discretion, without any impact on the donor's original contribution or commitment to supporting the Foundation's mission.
